1. Piece must depict anything that would follow the theme of 

The Sky's the Limit!

2. Quilt can be no larger than a total of 56" in perimeter or circumference, e.g.: 14" square, 10 x 18", etc. No minimum size. Embellishments may be used.

3. Quilt must be quilted and finished, by hand or machine or a combination of both. A permanent label identifying the quilter should be attached to the back of the quilt. Quilt should be in a storage bag labeled with quilter's name for clean safekeeping.

4. All entries will be hung for display and voting outside of the Camp Supply Store in Mt. View Hall and must be ready for such.  If you wish to put tabs on your entry or a sleeve, you may...otherwise, we may pin through the quilt.

5. There will be one ballot in each camp bag with each of the various categories. There will also be a viewer's choice award and those ballots will be available in the Camp Supply Store. Vote often for your favorite quilt.

6. Entries are due by Sunday, July 13, 2008, at 3:00 pm. If you will not be coming to camp on Sunday, you are most welcome to send your quilt ahead to Quilt Camp in the Pines, 854 Brewer Road., Sedona, AZ 86336-6231. Please insure it before mailing and make sure that it will be received before July 10.  After that the office for camp moves to Flagstaff and there will be no one available to receive your quilt.

7. Prizes will be awarded at the Saturday Banquet Dinner
and will be provided in the following categories:

8. Contest is open to all registered Quilt Camp in the Pines  participants including previous winners.

9. Entries may be picked up after the Saturday evening program and not before. If you will not be able to attend the program, you are welcome to make advance arrangements for someone else to pick up your quilt by giving them a signed letter or by giving us a self addressed/stamped padded envelope large enough to accommodate your piece.
